The buildings that we have accessed so far are mostly small to medium sized shopfronts - sorry but i don't have the figures in square metres - but the area where we have started is essentially a run down retail precinct. There are other parts of Newcastle where the scale of the buildings are much larger but to date we have stated with spaces where the scale of them is manageable..
