What is your interest in joining the CoolTown social network? (Only this and the last question are required, and needed to make sure you're not a spammer, which seems to be the vast majority)

We are in the process of developing a neighborhood business district in a location of our city that has been neglected for a long time. This started out very organically, each business renting the few spaces available. The city has now taken notice of our success and wants to get involved. We insist our neighborhood remains focused as community driven, with an emphasis on it's edgy, urban & artistic beginnings. We think this site will become a Major source of inspiration and help.

We are in the process of a major renovation to our business district neighborhood. Looking for investors, developers and entrenpenuers with a modern & edgy style.
